1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern the rules for using the platform. The Nameri.Bike platform team – Petar Petrov and Mihail Bozhilov ("We", "Us", "Platform") is committed to providing services in accordance with these Terms of Service. By accessing and using the Platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Registration and Accounts

2.1 To use certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information.

2.2 You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all actions performed through your account.

2.3 Creating accounts on behalf of third parties without their explicit consent is prohibited.

2.4 We have the right to terminate or restrict your access if you violate the terms.

3. Age Restrictions

The platform is intended for persons over 16 years of age. Persons under 16 may use the services only with the consent of a parent or guardian. We are not responsible if a user has provided false information regarding their age.

4. User Content

4.1 You are responsible for the content you publish (listings, descriptions, images, messages).

4.2 Publishing illegal, misleading, offensive, discriminatory, or harmful content is prohibited.

4.3 We have the right to remove content that violates the terms or law, without notice.

4.4 We are not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of content published by users.

5. User Rights and Obligations

5.1 You agree to use the platform lawfully and in good faith.

5.2 You agree not to perform actions that may compromise the security or functioning of the platform.

5.3 You are responsible for all interactions and transactions conducted through the platform.

5.4 We do not participate as a party in transactions between users and are not responsible for them.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of availability, security, or continuity.

6.2 We are not responsible for:

• Losses, damages, or harm resulting from the use of the platform;
• Inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information published by users;
• Technical problems, interruptions, or attacks;
• Actions of users or third parties.

6.3 We do not guarantee the successful completion of transactions between users.

7. Access Termination

We may terminate or restrict your access to the platform at any time if you violate the terms or law. In such cases, we do not owe compensation.

8. Marketing

By publishing a listing on the platform, the user grants Nameri Bike consent to use the listing content (including, but not limited to: images, title, description, and key parameters) for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes, without additional compensation, provided that this does not affect the ownership rights over the listing.

9. Terms Changes

We may update the Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect from their publication on the platform. Your continued use means agreement with the changes.

10. Applicable Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. All disputes are resolved by the competent Bulgarian court. We are not responsible for violations of the laws of other countries.
